Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, packaging, and other information may be updated from time to time. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons, including payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before shipment, the amount charged for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. By submitting payment information, the customer represents that the customer is authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. shipping

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. We ship throughout the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is USD $11 per order. Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more units. For shipments to Canada, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. If we are unable to ship within the stated time, we will notify the customer of the delay and provide the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

6. undelivered packages

A non-delivery claim must be reported no later than 14 calendar days after the shipment date. If the package is confirmed as undelivered, MW will send a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer. Claims submitted after the 14-day period are not covered by this non-delivery policy. This provision does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
